I have created this blog / review site to share my HORRIFIC experience using any company associated with Gervais Niakam.
Makain Limited and Makain Build Limited, so much history of ripping people off in the NE, that I decided to buy the domain & create this website.
Now he has changed his company name to ConstructMasters to hide from the history he and Ron Brown "builder" from Lynemouth, have created.
IF YOU DO NOTHING ELSE, PLEASE WATCH MY VIDEOS BELOW before EVER considering to hire Gervais and ConstructMasters.
I began working with Makain Limited back in January 2023 after receiving a recommendation from the Association of Master Tradesmen, WOW.
Please don't be fooled by such recommendations and do your own research.
Accreditations can only be considered once you have looked through my photographs, videos and the testimonials from the hard working people who have unfortunately give this man work.
I'm sure you can make up your mind on how much value such professional recommendations are worth.
I have since spokes to the association and they now inform me that Gervais and Makain are no longer member's.
My own project was supposed to last (as per the contract, for what that's worth) 18 - 22 weeks and the project started on May 1st 2023..
We are 9 months passed and still no signs of the project ever being finished by Gervais Niakam and his company Makain Build Limited. The budget as well as the schedule have over ran, Gervais wants a further £40k to finish the project. Its come to an END, over to the Lawyers and sharing my experience.
Trust me when I write this information. For both personal and legal reasons EVERYTHING in this blog is true and representative to my own experience and I share that of others at their own request.
I will continue through the blog to add images and videos to support the quality of my complaint and the continued frustration using this company.

Ask a simple question, why would anyone change a company name unless they have something to hide.
Surely a good reputation for any business is worth its weight in gold.

There are a number of open cases against Gervais Niakam we have raised individually and linked collectively. Once the Fraud Team have enough data we hope to bring forward criminal charges.
